Grahame Benstead is an accredited Domestic Energy Assessor with Elmhurst Energy Systems Ltd (Certificate EES/005924). As such we are able to produce Energy Performance Certificates should you wish to sell or rent your property. Recent legislation changes have quashed the need to obtain a Home Information Pack but there is still a need for an Energy Performance Certificate.
